Check the photocell. Unplug it, Pull it out, note it faces in the same direction as the blast tube, it needs to go back in facing the same direction or it won't see the flame and it won't come out unless the burner is out. Clean the glass bulb on its tip with a damp paper towel.
Picture on left shows a clean photocell.
Put the burner back in and check that the center of the airflap adjuster is inline with the Allen head on the bottom corner as in the picture on the right.
Connect oil.
Connect thermostat.
Connect the mains electrics last.
